C. Difficile: Case Study

Clostridioides difficile is a bacteria that causes inflammation in the colon, resulting in diarrhea, and can be dangerous.

Patient Data: A female patient presented to her practitioner with initial complaints of skin rashes, hair loss, chronic diarrhea, weight and muscle loss, irregular heartbeat, and issues with night driving due to decreasing eyesight. Initial testing showed heightened levels of Clostridioides difficile, toxins A and B.

Protocol: Practitioner put the patient on a 4-month protocol of Biocidin® Liquid (15 drops BID); G.I. Detox+ (2 capsules, 1-2 times/day); Proflora™ 4R (2 capsules/day); and the probiotic, Saccharomyces boulardii.

Outcome: Upon retesting five months later, the patient reported improvements including resolution of diarrhea and other digestive issues; weight gain (16 lbs); resolution of skin rash and a thickening of her hair; and partial resolution of an irregular heartbeat.
